SellerAgent provides desktop seller workflow tools and a web platform for account, settings, and related data. SellerAgent is not a marketplace and does not replace your accounts on Poshmark, Depop, Grailed, Mercari, or any other platform.

You are responsible for complying with each marketplace’s terms and for how you run refresh, offers, and other workflows.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your SellerAgent account.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unpaid invoices after recovery attempts, or misuse that risks SellerAgent or marketplace accounts.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are described in the Billing Terms and Refund Policy. By starting a paid plan or trial you agree to those policies.

SellerAgent does not guarantee marketplace search placement, likes, sales, or any commercial outcome. Marketplaces control ranking and enforcement.

Do not use SellerAgent to evade marketplace controls, access another party’s data, or run automation in ways you know violate applicable marketplace rules. Start conservatively and pause if a marketplace warns or throttles you.

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellerAgent disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, and is not liable for marketplace enforcement actions, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the tools.
