Refund Policy

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. Cancel from Platform billing; access continues until the trial or period end shown there.

Refunds for paid periods are evaluated case by case. Unused listing allowance has no cash value. Contact us promptly with your account email and the invoice or charge date.

Request refunds at sales@selleragent.co. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method when possible.

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may suspend paid features while we investigate. Contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.
