Privacy Policy

When you create a SellerAgent account we store identifiers such as email, profile fields you provide, settings, inventory summaries, addresses, device activity metadata, and support communications.

Marketplace cookies, tokens, and session material used by the SellerAgent desktop app remain in the desktop workflow runtime on your machine. They are not written to SellerAgent Cloud Firestore as marketplace credentials.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe. SellerAgent stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status needed to provide the service. Stripe may retain financial records required for its service and legal obligations even after you cancel or delete your SellerAgent account.

Canceling a subscription ends paid access at the period end but keeps your SellerAgent account and data. Account deletion is a separate request. After deletion, SellerAgent removes or anonymizes account data it controls, subject to backups and legal retention needs; Stripe billing records may remain with Stripe.
