    • What is SellerAgent?

      SellerAgent is a Chromium browser extension that helps sellers on Poshmark and Depop refresh listings and send offers from their desktop browser. It is not a marketplace and does not replace your accounts on those platforms.

    • Which browsers and systems are supported?

      SellerAgent targets desktop Chromium browsers—Chrome, Edge, Brave, and similar builds on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Mobile Safari and Firefox are not supported today.

    • How do I install it?

      Open the Chrome Web Store listing for SellerAgent, click Add to Chrome, confirm the permissions dialog, then pin the extension to your toolbar for quicker access.

    • Can I use SellerAgent on my phone?

      No. SellerAgent is a desktop Chromium extension—Chrome, Edge, Brave, or similar on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Poshmark and Depop have their own mobile apps; we focus on refresh and offer workflows you run from a full browser window on a computer.

    • Why does SellerAgent need browser permissions?

      The extension needs access to the marketplace tabs you open so it can surface refresh and offer controls in context. We only request what the feature set requires; review the permission screen before installing and contact us if something is unclear.

    • How should I use refresh responsibly?

      Start with conservative pacing, watch for warnings from each marketplace, and stop if you see throttling or unusual prompts. Refreshing may affect how recently items appear in search results, but marketplaces control ranking—you are responsible for complying with their rules.

    • How do offers work?

      SellerAgent streamlines offer actions you would otherwise repeat manually in the marketplace UI. Availability and rules still come from each platform; SellerAgent does not bypass checkout or buyer protections.

    • I use another seller tool (e.g. ClosetPilot or CePop). Why try SellerAgent?

      You might not need to switch—SellerAgent is a Chromium desktop extension focused on refresh and offers for Poshmark and Depop. We do not claim feature parity with every other product. Read the Compare seller tools page on this site (/compare) for our scope, then try Early access if the fit looks right; uninstall anytime.

    • Will SellerAgent get my account banned?

      Any automation carries risk. We design SellerAgent to respect pacing and to make it obvious when you are taking bulk actions, but marketplaces change enforcement without notice. Use your judgment, read each platform’s terms, and pause if you are unsure.

    • How do I get help?

      Email support@selleragent.co with your marketplace username (never send passwords) and a short description of what you tried. We’ll respond as quickly as we can during beta.

    • Where does my marketplace data live?

      SellerAgent runs locally in your Chromium profile. Marketplace sessions and tokens stay on your machine unless we ship a feature that clearly says otherwise in permissions and release notes—read those before installing updates.
