Syncedv1.0.0
Two pieces, one seller workflow.
SellerAgent separates workflow execution and account management so each surface does the job it is best at.
Workflow control
Desktop app
Runs refresh, offers, scheduling, and marketplace workflows from a focused Electron app on your computer.
Account and data
Platform app
Manages your SellerAgent account, settings, inventory, addresses, device activity, and support surfaces on the web. Pair it with desktop to connect the two.
The workflows that move inventory forward.
SellerAgent focuses on the repetitive seller jobs that are easiest to lose time to: refreshing, sending offers, and keeping marketplace inventory current. SellerAgent does not guarantee placement or sales—marketplaces set the rules.
Built for sellers who work from a real desktop setup
SellerAgent combines a desktop workflow app and web platform, so sellers can run marketplace jobs from the computer they already trust.
Desktop workflow app
The Electron app owns the active work: refresh, offers, scheduling, and the controls you want beside a long-running seller session.
Web platform
Use the platform app for account access, settings, inventory, address book, activity, and support when you are away from the desktop app.
Local desktop bridge
Pair the platform with the desktop app over a localhost bridge so connection status and marketplace workflows stay on your machine.
Inventory sync
Fetch live marketplace listings into SellerAgent, prune items deleted on-marketplace, and keep your web inventory view current.
Your account, your responsibility
You choose how aggressively to run SellerAgent. Follow each marketplace’s terms, start conservatively, and pause if something feels off.
Why SellerAgent
Preference comes from fit and proof—not hype. Here’s what the SellerAgent stack is optimized for.
Workflows get a real desktop surface
Refresh, offers, scheduling, and marketplace operations run from an Electron app built for long-running seller tasks.
Account data belongs on the platform
Settings, inventory summaries, addresses, activity, and account state live in the web platform so the desktop app can stay focused on execution.
Pairing stays local
Connect platform and desktop with a localhost bridge for status and marketplace workflows, without pasting marketplace credentials into the web.
Straightforward expectations
No promises about rank, “the algorithm,” or guaranteed sales. We help you operate faster; marketplaces decide what buyers see.

Frequently asked questions
If you have anything else you want to ask, email sales@selleragent.co.
What is SellerAgent?
SellerAgent is a connected seller workflow system: an Electron desktop app for seller workflows and a web platform for account and inventory data. It is not a marketplace and does not replace your accounts on those platforms.
Which systems are supported?
The workflow app is a desktop app (macOS first). The platform account is available through the web. Mobile-only setups are not supported today.
How do I install it?
Download the desktop app, create or sign in to your platform account, then pair desktop from Setup so the platform can talk to the app on your machine. Start with a small workflow batch once you are connected.
Can I use SellerAgent on my phone?
No. SellerAgent is built for desktop workflows: a desktop app plus a web platform. Marketplaces have their own mobile apps; we focus on seller workflows you run from a computer.
How does platform and desktop pairing work?
With the desktop app running, open Setup on the platform and choose Pair desktop app. That stores a short-lived local token and opens a localhost bridge so connection status and marketplace workflows stay on your machine. Review the pairing screen before continuing and contact us if something is unclear.
How should I use refresh responsibly?
Start with conservative pacing, watch for warnings from each marketplace, and stop if you see throttling or unusual prompts. Refreshing may affect how recently items appear in search results, but marketplaces control ranking—you are responsible for complying with their rules.
How do offers work?
SellerAgent streamlines offer actions you would otherwise repeat manually in the marketplace UI. The desktop app gives you a review-and-send workflow, but availability and rules still come from each platform; SellerAgent does not bypass checkout or buyer protections.
How does SellerAgent pricing and the trial work?
SellerAgent offers Basic, Plus, and Premium plans billed monthly or annually in USD. New accounts can start a 14-day trial that requires a payment method. Unused new-listing allowance expires at the end of each billing cycle. There is no permanent free tier, promotional pricing, or coupon discounts at launch.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Canceling keeps your SellerAgent account and data. Deleting your account is a separate request and follows the privacy/export policy; Stripe may retain financial records required for its service.
I use another seller tool (e.g. ClosetPilot or CePop). Why try SellerAgent?
You might not need to switch—SellerAgent is a desktop app and platform focused on practical seller workflows. We do not claim feature parity with every other product. Review the scope on this site, then try SellerAgent if the fit looks right; uninstall anytime.
Will SellerAgent get my account banned?
Any automation carries risk. We design SellerAgent to respect pacing and to make it obvious when you are taking bulk actions, but marketplaces change enforcement without notice. Use your judgment, read each platform’s terms, and pause if you are unsure.
How do I get help?
Email sales@selleragent.co with your marketplace username (never send passwords) and a short description of what you tried. We’ll respond as quickly as we can during beta.
Where does my marketplace data live?
Marketplace session material stays with the desktop workflow runtime on your machine. SellerAgent account data such as settings, inventory summaries, addresses, and activity can sync to the platform so the desktop app and web app stay consistent.
