Billing Terms

SellerAgent offers Basic, Plus, and Premium plans billed monthly or annually in USD. Published prices and allowances appear on the pricing section of the marketing site and in Platform billing. There is no permanent free tier and no promotional coupon pricing at launch.

Listed prices are in USD. At launch SellerAgent does not collect sales tax, VAT, or GST through Stripe Tax. Tax collection may be enabled later if registrations and business policy require it; we will update these terms and checkout behavior before charging tax.

Eligible new subscriptions may include a trial (default 14 days per plan configuration). A payment method is required to start a trial. Returning customers who already used a trial are not eligible for another trial on the same Stripe customer.

New-listing allowances reset each billing cycle. Unused allowance does not roll over and has no cash value.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Platform billing; paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Immediate cancellation mid-period is not offered at launch.

Canceling keeps your SellerAgent account and data. Deleting your account is separate and follows the Privacy Policy.

You can change plans from Platform billing. Upgrades and downgrades use Stripe proration. Entitlements update from verified Stripe subscription state.

When SellerAgent changes list prices, new Stripe Prices apply to future subscribers. Existing subscriptions keep their current Price until you change plan or a separately communicated migration applies.

Stripe generates invoices and receipts for subscription charges. You can review billing history from Platform billing.
