Getting started

SellerAgent starts in Chromium, runs workflows in the desktop app, and keeps account data in the platform. Follow these steps once, then you can jump into seller workflows faster.

  1. Install from the Chrome Web Store

Open the listing, choose Add to Chrome, and accept the permissions prompt. Permissions let the extension interact with the marketplace tabs you open—nothing more than the feature set requires.

  2. Install and open the desktop app

Use the desktop app for refresh, offers, copy listings, scheduling, and workflow settings. It connects to the extension instead of asking you to paste marketplace credentials into the web.

  3. Sign in to the platform

Use the platform app for your SellerAgent account, settings, inventory summaries, addresses, activity, and support. Marketplace cookies and tokens stay in the browser/extension context.

  4. Start with a small batch

Open your marketplace shop, fetch inventory, then try refresh, offers, or copy listings on a small set first. Watch for any notices from the marketplace, then scale up once you’re comfortable.

  5. If something looks wrong

Use the reset option inside the extension if the panel freezes, then reload the marketplace tab. Still stuck? Email sales@selleragent.co with what you tried—no passwords, please.
