Getting started
SellerAgent runs workflows in the desktop app and keeps account data in the platform. Follow these steps once, then you can jump into seller workflows faster.
Download the desktop app
Install SellerAgent for Mac from the download link, open the app, and sign in with your SellerAgent account. The desktop app owns refresh, offers, scheduling, and workflow settings.
Sign in to the platform
Use the platform app for your SellerAgent account, settings, inventory summaries, addresses, activity, and support. Marketplace credentials stay with the desktop workflow runtime—not pasted into the web.
Pair desktop from Setup
With the desktop app running, open Setup on the platform and choose Pair desktop app. That connects the platform to the localhost bridge so status and marketplace workflows work on your machine.
Start with a small batch
Fetch inventory, then try refresh or offers on a small set first. Watch for any notices from the marketplace, then scale up once you’re comfortable.
If something looks wrong
Quit and reopen the desktop app, confirm pairing still shows Connected on Setup, then try again. Still stuck? Email sales@selleragent.co with what you tried—no passwords, please.
