SellerAgent Depop workflows: refresh listings, scheduled refresh, send offers, remove listings.

Workflows

  • Refresh listings

    Refresh visible Depop inventory in paced batches from the desktop app.

  • Scheduled refresh

    Run Depop refresh on a schedule you set, with the same pacing as a manual run.

  • Send offers

    Review eligible likes and send Depop offers from a desktop workflow. Marketplace rules still apply.

  • Remove listings

    Remove Depop listings after you approve the action in the desktop app.

Limits

  • Pacing

    SellerAgent spaces Depop requests and caps how many items run in one pass. Package policy sets the delays and per-run limits.

  • Your batch size

    Start with a small run. You choose how much to process; marketplaces can still throttle or warn.

Responsible use

  • Follow marketplace rules

    You are responsible for complying with Depop terms. SellerAgent does not bypass account limits, checkout, or buyer protections.

  • Approve before it runs

    Refresh, offers, and other marketplace writes need an explicit approval step in the desktop app. A draft or recommendation is not authorization.

  • No rank or sales promises

    Refreshing may change how recently items appear. Marketplaces control ranking and sales. Pause if you see throttling or unusual prompts.
